About Kim

Kim Bochinski is a Professional Counsellor who has been in private practice for 29 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree at Canadian Bible College and completed a Master of Arts degree in Counselling at Providence Theological Seminary. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and has been a member of the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists since 1995. Kim has been married for 30 years and has two adult children.

Kim helps people experience emotional healing as well as create and maintain healthy lifestyle choices. She believes that every aspect of health is influenced and even limited if there are unresolved emotional issues. Kim provides compassion, encouragement, support and teaching for clients to experience positive results and accomplish personal goals. It is her desire for people to feel a greater sense of peace, hope, joy, strength, meaning and purpose. In her work with adults, Kim seeks to find perspective for the heart in introducing and utilizing core belief-based tools, as well as tools to increase strength and capacity to resolve issues. Kim can facilitate a process to experience peace and calm at the root, source and origin of emotional pain. This brings a new freedom to be able to respond well, as opposed to reacting in current relationships, life situations and challenges. It is Kim’s privilege to come alongside others no matter where they come from or what background they have.
